Additions or subtractions
| Sometimes separate photographs can be used to make up new picture that 'should have been'. The pictures on the left are of five sisters. The last sister was too young to be in the first group. Later one of the sisters, grown up and with her own family, decided that a new picture including all five would make an unusual and personal gift to the others. After some restoration work to repair creases and some light damage both scans were combined in a new composition. |  |
