Gems from snapshots
Snaps taken in a hurry to capture an occasion are great fun. Their spontaneity can add greatly to a family album. But sometimes there is a gem of a picture in the middle of the mayhem that is worth some attention.
The individual here was separated from the rest of the group, the hand on her right shoulder removed and the background reworked.
A new background could have been inserted but in this case the lighting was strong and using a 'doctored' version of the old background maintained the integrity of the picture.
